Benjamin Khabie joined the firm in 2007 and his practice is focused in complex civil and commercial litigation involving the prosecution and defense of insurance and health care litigation, with particular emphasis and experience in the areas of insurance fraud law, and related litigation and coverage issues. Mr. Khabie has gained experience in litigating complex matters ranging from product liability to civil racketeering (RICO).

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khabie worked as a litigation associate at the firm Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP., where he developed some experience working on complex patent and other general commercial litigations.

Mr. Khabie is a graduate of University of Miami, Florida law school, where he was Miami Honors Scholar recipient. Mr. Khabie received his B.A. in Politics from New York University.
