Scott A. Ginsberg joined Methfessel & Werbel in July 2010. He previously worked at a Downtown Manhattan law firm handling insurance defense litigation, with a concentration in the defense of suspected fraud claims. Mr. Ginsberg has successfully tried cases and argued motions in front of the Supreme, Civil and District Courts of the State of New York as well as the Appellate Term of the State of New York.

Mr. Ginsberg was an Editor for the Hofstra University School of Law - Family Court Review, one of the few and well recognized law reviews that focus on issues pertaining to family law. While attending the University of Florida, Mr. Ginsberg served as the President of the Criminology & Law Honor Society.

Mr. Ginsberg is a member of Methfessel & Werbel’s property damage and fraud group.
